Unique learning environments with hands-on, state of the art industry specific tools, devices and activities are offered at Sno-Isle Tech Skills Center. Students choose from over 20 classes and programs from Electronic Engineering to Fashion and Merchandising, Automotive to Precision Machining. Sno-Isle is building a skilled-workforce for the future creating a pathway to enter the workforce straight out of high school.

Whether it’s an apprenticeship in the trades, a post-secondary education in a four-year school or a direct path to employment, our young people have the academic tools, personal soft-skills, and high-level of curiosity that position them well for the successful careers of their choosing.

Within footsteps of downtown, Snohomish Flying Service at Harvey Field offers a full range of Fixed Base Operator services including Flight Training, Air Charter, Scenic Flights and Air Tours. As an industry leader in Career Professional Pilot Training, Snohomish Flying Services offers FAA Approved Fixed Wing and Helicopter Flight Training Programs from the initial Private Pilot Certificate to the Career Professional Pilot.
Public Schools
The Snohomish School District offers a portfolio of school options, including STEM and award-winning CTE (Career Technical Education) programs.
The district serves roughly 10,099 students in kindergarten through grade 12, within an area that encompasses 128 square miles and more than 30,000 residents. The district has three high schools, two middle schools, 10 elementary schools, a preschool, an alternative learning program for students and a cooperative program for home-school families.
EVT COMMUNITY COLLEGE
The college serves students seeking a wide variety of education options. Students come to Everett and the East County Campus to affordably start their four-year degrees, earn certificates, train for a new job, experience hands-on training in professional and technical programs, learn English, develop basic skills, finish high school, or train for a promotion.
The college offers associate’s degrees in Arts and Sciences, Science, Business, Applied Science, Technical Arts, Fine Arts, and General Studies. Certificates of completion are awarded in more than 30 technical and career fields. Students can also enroll in English as a Second Language, high school completion, and General Education Development programs.
EvCC also offers professional and employee training through its Corporate & Continuing Education Center.
WA STATE UNIVERSITY
WSU Everett is student- and community-centered, bringing industry-aligned undergraduate programs with an interdisciplinary focus to the North Puget Sound region to prepare students to compete globally in the local economy.
WSU currently offers seven high-demand bachelor’s degrees in Everett, Wash, just 6 miles from Snohomish.

SNO-ISLE TECH CENTER
Sno-Isle TECH, located near Paine Field in Everett, is a cooperative effort of 14 local school districts. The purpose of skills centers like Sno-Isle Tech is to provide preparatory training, certification, and post-secondary credit to students, who can then choose to continue their education, go straight to work, or both.
Occupations are organized into broad clusters or “pathways” based on characteristics of the job. The 22 programs offered at Sno-Isle TECH represent these five pathways:
